Manager - Securities - Job Description
A fantastic managerial role has arisen in a leading global investment bank where you will manage and develop a team of lawyers. Working with the Securities team you will be typically supporting the major financial institutions, Commercial Banks, Central Banks, Asset Managers and Corporates. Key responsibilities include; reviewing confidentiality agreements, dealing with clients’ queries and/or their legal counsel with regards to legal agreements. Ideally you will have a broad knowledge of the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on securities services. Knowledge of custody, accounting and securities lending would be an advantage.
