Manchester - Projects & Finance (Projects - Social Housing) - 3+ years' pqe

DLA Piper's Manchester office has been active in the social housing market for many years - acting for funders, housing associations and local authorities in all aspects of their social housing activities. Clients benefit from lawyers who really understand the local market, with real sector expertise, and who can advise on every legal aspect of social housing including the legislative framework, tax structuring, contractual documentation and financing. Our approach is tailored to individual client and local requirements, combining a strong local presence with the access to skills and experience derived from a major international practice. We are looking to add a solicitor with at least three years' relevant experience to the team in Manchester. A willingness to get involved with marketing initiatives and other business development activities of the group is essential.
