Manchester - Real Estate Finance - 2 years' pqe

The DLA Piper Real Estate Finance team consists of 21 partners and over 40 lawyers operating from 8 UK offices. We consistently handle the biggest regional deals and offer clients the combined expertise of leading banking and real estate practices. We act for banks and other funders, developers, real estate trusts and funds on all aspects of real estate investment and development financings, across the UK and beyond. Our Manchester Real Estate finance team specialises in a number of sectors, including development, investment, retail, leisure, education, healthcare and infrastructure. We are looking to recruit a solicitor with a minimum of two years' experience, either from a dedicated RE Finance role or a mixed RE Finance/RE background. We would also consider a strong RE candidate, who has a demonstrable interest in gaining experience on the finance side.
