The main duties of the role will involve -
• Dealing with all aspects of repossession conveyancing on behalf of clients, including freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions, from the initial instruction through to completion;
• Identify any title issues that could affect saleability and send a detailed Title Report to the client;
• Dealing with enquiries relating to legal title;
• Exchanging Contracts, completing the transaction, and dealing with financial aspects
• Ensuring deadlines are achieved with dates diarised and followed up in a timely manner in line with client service levels;
• Answer client queries and provide status updates/advice in a professional and efficient manner whether this is via email communication or verbally via the telephone;

Excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy are essential for this role. In addition, the ability to work within a team environment is crucial.
