Marine Insurance Litigator – Major P&I Club – London

Our client is a leading marine insurer providing Protection and Indemnity (P&I) and defence cover to ship owners and charterers from a broad spectrum of shipping nations.

They have offices in Europe and Asia and a global network of P&I correspondents, lawyers and surveyors to ensure the provision of a high quality, 24 hour international service to their members. Holding an influential and authoritative position in maritime affairs they are recognised as a leading insurer for large vessels from the world's major shipping centres.

With a large claims team across their offices, they are looking to further increase their capability by recruiting an additional lawyer into their London office.

You will be 2-6 years qualified and be working at either a well respected shipping team in private practice or possibly at another P&I club.

One of the differentiators our client offers is to be as close as possible, in terms of salary, to a junior-mid level private practice lawyer at a good shipping team/firm.
