Media lawyer - Job Description
Commercial firm in London is looking for a Media lawyer of 3 or more years PQE to join their Media Brands & Technology Dept. You will need experience of non-contentious technology, data protection and commercial law and apply this expertise in the digital advertising and marketing, publishing and digital media industries to reflect the converged nature of the work carried out by the department. Other tasks include drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of technology and e-commerce contracts. You will also advise clients on legal and commercial technology and e-commerce issues such as technology industry practice, information technology and e-commerce law, data protection and privacy law, online gaming, copyright and trademark law. You should have excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills and be able to run your own files with minimum supervision.
Candidates will currently be undertaking Media matters at a firm acknowledged for this type of work either in London or the regions.
