Media Litigation lawyer - Job Description
Our client is looking for a Media Litigator of 1 – 4 years PQE to join the firm's well-established Litigation Group. The Group's work encompasses a broad range of litigation for high profile clients in the entertainment and media industries, including disputes relating to intellectual property, claims based in tort and contract, defamation and privacy, and insolvency. Recent work has included a number of high profile cases.
The successful candidate will be outgoing and confident with strong academics, having received good training and experience to date. You will have the desire and ability to be pro-active and flexible and adapt your skills to work on a very broad range of matters. Strong drafting skills and negotiating experience is essential. They are seeking the right person to provide good quality legal advice delivered in a pragmatic and commercial manner; it is key to their success that you are a team player who is prepared to undertake tasks which will potentially stretch you, but also be prepared to undertake less demanding tasks which are nevertheless important to getting the job done.
