The International Corporate Practice of this leading British firm advises on all types of corporate transactions including M&A, IPOs, joint ventures, demergers, corporate restructurings, competition and anti-trust and their TMT group acts for a full range of both international and domestic telecoms, media and technology companies.
The acclaimed Hong Kong practice is currently looking to appoint an additional mid-level IT/TMT lawyer for the corporate team. The ideal applicant should have between 2-6 year's solid experience in the IT/TMT sector across a wide range of commercial agreements, acting for both suppliers and customers in the regional gained with another leading international firm and should already be based in Hong Kong.
Fluency in English is essential, excellent academics and an enthusiastic and team focused approach are required to fit into this market leading practice. Chinese language skills would be an advantage but are not required.
