The UK legal market is consolidating fast and law firms have many options ahead of them.\r\n\r\nWe advise law firms on strategic growth plans and partner profit realignment. This work includes helping firms to grow by merger and acquisition. We have developed the background infrastructure, support systems and methodology to help our clients make the right decisions.\r\n \r\nOur network currently spans the SW, SE, London, West Midlands and North West and we are very keen to develop full national coverage. Successful candidates will have a good knowledge of the legal industry (probably but not exclusively as partners or directors in law firms), coupled with a strong commercial instinct to allow them to empathise with firms seeking to sell, merge or acquire. \r\n\r\nWe operate a very generous reward plan and whilst this role does not necessarily need to be full time, we do require commitment for at least 2 days per week\r\n\r\nFor further information, please either send a CV in confidence or call Jeff Gillingham on 0845 123 5847. \r\n
