This role will primarily involve working on contentious construction transactions, however there will also be an opportunity to undertake general litigation work.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious and hard working solicitor to join a highly skilled team. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience whilst working on wide variety of transactions, and to support you with this, comprehensive training will be provided. The successful candidate will be required to become dual qualified to practice in both Scotland and England.
Whilst experience of contentious construction work would be ideal, applications are also sought from candidates with litigation experience who are interested in gaining experience in this area. Applications from newly qualified solicitors with previous litigation experience are also welcomed.
