A client is looking for someone with Inquests experience to join their healthcare team.

The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with health-related inquests for NHS and private sector health and social care clients. There may also be the opportunity to become involved with clinical negligence litigation or other healthcare related advisory work.

You will be expected to manage a caseload of health and social care inquests with minimal supervision and, in general, without recourse to counsel; delegate tasks to, and supervise more junior members of the team where appropriate; undertake marketing activities, including the planning and delivery of relevant seminar and training programmes; to undertake legal research, advising clients on the implications of new statutes, regulations, directives and case law; and be willing to spend time with clients on short-term secondments as required.
