International Law firm are seeking a Technical Operations Team Leader. The core functions of the position are to:
Lead the technical operations team according to direction of the management team.
Act as technical resource with the technical operations team.
Identify, research and implement technical projects and maintenance task.
Support the IT management team in the running of the department.
Provide high quality 3rd line support.
Skills and Qualifications necessary are:
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies.
Experience of managing technical resources
Solid understanding of MS-SQL
Have in depth knowledge of network design, implementation and maintenance.
Project management and resource planning experience
ITIL
Prince 2
Excellent communication skills and able to communicate at all levels
Experience working in a Professional Services organisation
Experience of Document Management system
Relevant Network and Microsoft qualifications
Able to work to tight deadlines
The successful candidate MUST have own transport and be able to travel between offices.
