Paralegal

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to join an international investment bank with a presence in all the major markets around the world.

Your responsibilities may include:
• Working within the IBD/DCM (Investment Banking Division/Debt Capital Markets) division of the legal team
• Supporting the Legal COO team in executing various legal team projects for example the strategic initiatives such implementing legal risk policies, communication of legal and transactional knowhow
• Assisting members of the IBD/DCM legal team with (i) ad hoc know how or template projects

As a successful candidate, you will ideally be a qualified Lawyer or have some legal education (university or postgraduate). You should have some experience of working within a law firm. You should have good initiative and the ability to carry out projects to successful conclusion and you should also show a willingness to get involved in actual transactional work.
