Paralegal/Legal Assistant - Beijing

Our Beijing office is seeking full time paralegals with previous experience in providing high quality, para professional service and support to the firm and its clients and have strong academic results.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional litigation, corporate and general support. Tasks may include legal research, trial and courtroom support, set up and preparation of due diligence, assistance in the discovery process, compiling court documents, along with supervising data rooms and preparation of Deal Books.

Candidates will need to show a high level of attention to detail, well developed analytical skills and a strong client focus. Proven skills in Microsoft Word and Excel at an advanced level would be advantageous.
