Part-time Employment PSL - Leicester (2.5days pw)

Leading commercial practice is looking to recruit an employment lawyer with 3+ years pqe to take up a specialist PSL role on a part-time basis.

The firm are a real East Midlands heavyweight advising quality clients on a borad range of legal issues.

Supporting the firms employment team you will put together internal and external seminars, review the current precedent and know how support provided to the product group and design and implement a revised training plan throughout all offices.

Candidates should have proven influencing and presentation skills and you will be expected to promote group discussion around innovative processes and skills management issues.

Working on precedent documents, candidates will need to be technically strong, have a real eye for detail and be fully aware of quality and risk management issues.

The ideal candidate will have previous PSL experience, however current fee earners with a minimum of 3+ years pqe and looking for a shift in direction will also be considered.

This is a part-time role and the hours will be fully flexible - but probably around 2/2.5 hours a week.
