PART TIME RECEPTIONIST - LEADING LAW FIRM - ST PAUL'S

Our client is an international commercial law firm, with stunning offices located in St Paul's. They are seeking an additional receptionist to join the team, on a part time basis - 11am - 3pm five days per week.

The role will involve:-
Meeting room reservations, including catering and AV bookings(using Condecco)
Meet, greet and annouce clients
Taxi bookings for staff and visitors
Issue security passes and visitor badges

The successful candidate must have relevant reception experience preferably gained in a professional services or corporate environment. You must have excellent communication skills, being able to converse professionally with all levels of individual. An ability to think on your feet, be proactive and have a flexible approach to your work is essential, as well as the ability to juggle priorities and deal efficently with a number of tasks at the same time.
