Part – time IT Support – Legal – Great Opportunity – Long term contract - £21/22 per hour
We are looking for a number of experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our expanding team at a top law firm on a part time basis. There are no set hours which makes this role ideal for candidates who have other commitments (study, freelance work). Ideal candidates will have a professional service/legal background, working on a busy IT Service Desk dealing with both hardware and software issues.
Skills:
•Microsoft 2000/XP
•A strong background in Microsoft Office support – especially MS Word and MS Outlook.
•Knowledge of a Service Desk Tool (Infra etc)
•Ideally knowledge of a Document Management Systems (iManage/Interwoven/DocsOpen/Hummingbird etc)
•Good general hardware/software troubleshooting experience
•Good general remote access support knowledge (laptops)
•Blackberry support
Ideal candidates will be looking specifically for part time work - i.e. you may be studying or working another role part time.
