Our client is a top international law firm with more than 2,000 lawyers in over 20 offices around the world. The firm has grown dramatically to become one of the world\'s premier business law firms. With that growth, our client has built internationally recognised practices in a wide spectrum of transactional, litigation, corporate and regulatory areas. The firm has recently made plans to open three new offices in the Middle East. The new openings will significantly bolster the firm\'s existing practice in the Gulf Region. The Middle East practice will focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, project development and finance, structured finance, leveraged finance and capital markets.

The Firm is looking for partners and associates (at all levels) in the following practice areas: M&A, Capital Markets, Project Development and Finance, and Structure and Corporate Finance (including Islamic Finance). This represents a rare opportunity for well-qualified candidates to further their careers globally with a firm of exceptional reputation.
