Patent Associate - Physics & Electronics - Job Description

D Young & Co is currently looking to recruit a Qualified Patent Attorney to work within its Electronics team.

The firm trademark team is also a major contributor to the fee income for D Young & Co, and is an important part of the firm.


THE KEY TASKS

- Independent management of case portfolios
- Drafting, filing and prosecution of UK, European and International patent applications
- Advising on and prosecuting oppositions and appeals before the EPO
- Advising clients on all issues relating to IP law

- Be CPA & EPA qualified.
