Members of our team combine heavyweight litigation skills with true specialist knowledge of today's pensions industry. We undertake a broad range of pension-related disputes, from professional indemnity to scheme re-organisation, and have been involved in a number of landmark cases, many of which have led to important developments in the law.

Ideally, candidates will already have some experience of pensions litigation, but we are willing to consider and train non-contentious pensions lawyers providing they have a genuine interest in contentious work and are of the right calibre. Essential attributes include excellent technical skills and the ability to analyse critically and communicate clearly.
