Pensions Associates, London (NQ to six years' PQE)

Recognised as one of the UK’s leading pensions groups, the Pensions team in our well-established and well-regarded practice is seeking to recruit additional associates, of all levels of experience, to support its ambitious growth plans
Candidates will ideally have experience in some or all of the below areas:
• Mergers and de-mergers of pensions schemes;
• All types of pension litigation and dispute resolution;
• Drafting documentation for executive top-up schemes;
• Advising on arrangements for overseas employees;
• Pensions aspects of corporate deals (e.g. sales, purchases, joint ventures and demergers).
• Ongoing advice about pensions law; and
• Investment management and custody agreements.
Candidates will have gained quality experience from a well regarded City or regional firm and possess a strong background in the pensions field. Good academics, a keen interest in business development, superior interpersonal skills, and a high level of confidence are all desired qualities. Additionally, the candidate will be comfortable working in a team that prides itself on being rational, rigorous and knowledgeable.
