TITLE: PENSIONS LAWYER/SOLCITOR IRELAND'S LEADING CORPORATE LAW FIRM

THE OPPORTUNITY

Recognised as the market leading Pensions Practice in Ireland, the department provides advice to both public and private sector clients on all aspects of pensions law to both a domestic Irish client base as well as an extensive range of international clients.

They advise on all the tax planning and corporate issues which relate to the establishment and running of incentive schemes, both for private and for public companies. Work also includes the provision of advice where appropriate on corporate governance issues and generally providing a full service to complement the work of the Corporate Finance Department.

A full mentoring programmes and CPD programme is in place in order to assist lawyers in the development of their Pensions knowledge and career.

Requirements:
'Hands-on' experience gained at a leading corporate firm with a first-class reputation for pensions and/or incentives work. You will have a proven track record in the establishment and operation of occupational pension schemes and PRSA accounts.
A desire to build on our excellent corporate client base and existing pensions and incentives practice will be important, and a proven ability to win new business will be an asset. Ideally you will have between 2-4 years pqe.
