Pensions Lawyer, from NQ - Job Description
Our Pensions Department deals with all aspects of pensions law, including establishing, operating and winding up or merging of pension schemes. We also advise on pensions issues arising from acquisitions, take-overs, floatations, privatisations and other commercial transactions. For this position, we will consider not only experienced pensions lawyers, but those who have experience in another area of commercial law and wish to retrain as pensions lawyers. Lawyers wishing to return to work following a career break are welcome to apply. Part-time and flexible hours requirements may also be accommodated.
Candidates must have first rate academics and sound commercial acumen.
We have sucessfully recruited from overseas into the Pensions department so Australian, South African, Canadian and New Zealand qualified lawyers from commercial disciplines are encouraged to apply.
