Pensions - Newly Qualified/Solicitor - Firm Wide - Job Description
They act on an ongoing basis for over 50 occupational schemes, ranging from £1 million to £50 million in size, typically final salary, contracted-out schemes. These exciting new roles will compliment our expanding team and will require the successful candidate to advise on a broad range of pensions issues including dealing with disputes, corporate support and advising trustees of schemes. We are happy to consider an element of PSL work for one of these posts. The successful candidate will have good academics and be either an ambitious NQ or have up to 3 years PQE or equivalent experience of pensions’ law from either a large regional or a City firm.
