Pensions Solicitor with the competency of undertaking pension work for employers and employees, owner managed businesses and plcs. Able to work alone and in a team environment.
This person will establish the Firm's pension lawcapability with full support from the Senior Partner, who has experience in this specialism. The Firm's client base is ripe for development of this area of work. Work is capable of being generated not only through our Corporate Unit but also the Corporate Recoveries Unit and the Employment Unit.
