PFI/PPP Solicitor - Job Description
Due to continued expansion our client is seeking to recruit additional PFI/PPP Solicitors, working within the Project Finance Initiative team in Manchester. The role is to support the Partner in business development and client related issues, to lead transactions and bring good quality projects experience and expertise in to the team with equivalent fee earning capability to support and help develop the team, and to be a credible presence to help the team win more public sector tenders and/or private sector business. This company has been involved in Project Finance Initiative and Public Private Partnerships since its inception, whilst having extensive experience advising funders, sponsors, contractors, facilities managers and public sector authorities on PFI/PPP projects, including pathfinder projects, across the range of PFI/PPP sectors both in the UK and internationally.
We envisage that the successful candidate will possess at least 3 year\'s post qualified experience (PQE), however we will accept applications from candidates of all levels of experience, who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role. Excellent projects experience and academics skills are required for this position.
