Our client a large authority in Lincolnshire is currently seeking an experienced planning solicitor.
You will be required to join an extremely busy team and will be dealing with a full planning caseload of both county and district matters. You will be required to deal with section 106 and section 278 agreements. Alongside this your caseload will also consist of highways and waste work and you may need to attend committee.
This position is for an immediate start and will be ongoing for a minimum of three months. Due to the nature of the work you will be required to work from the council office. The successful candidate will ideally need to be free for full time hours however part time applications may also be considered. The council offers excellent rates of pay and flexible working hours.
