* You will have all responsibility for all administration surrounding each transaction.
* Ability to understand complex technical concepts and learn quickly.

Skills:
*Litigation experience is essential.
* Effective communication skills to work alongside lawyers, clients and investors worldwide
* You will have the ability to run your own work load and prioritise accordingly
* You will have past experience working with databases
* You must have a least a 2.1 in a degree and at least three B's at A level.
* You will have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
