Lancashire based, full service law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancer

With offices throughout Lancashire, our client is recruiting a Residential Property Fee Earner to join their traditional practice. Based just outside of Preston, this firm prides itself on offering a first rate, client focussed service across Lancashire.

Working with a full time Assistant, you will be tasked with handling a caseload of around 50 live files with little support and supervision. The caseload will consist of:

* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New builds
* Shared ownerships
* Right to buy properties
* Registered and unregistered titles

Ideally although not essential, the successful individual will be able to manage the following matters autonomously with little supervision

* Leasehold flats
* Tenanted properties
* Buy to let properties

Applicants must be happy to work with little supervision and have some interest in developing local relationships. Our client is able to pay up to £25,000 dependent on level and experience.
