Private Client Solicitor, Nottingham

My client is a leading firm within the Private Client market which has developed an extensive client base made of charities, housing associations and not-for- profit organisations.

Working alongside one of the region most successful team, your caseload will consist of constitutional issues & governance, regulation & compliance, advice to trustees, mergers, takeovers, joint-ventures and the protection & exploitation of property & rights.

The successful candidate will have had previous exposure to Private Client work, ideally 0-3 years’ PQE, and will be willing to develop their career within a well-established firm.
