Our funds practice is looking to appoint additional associates to its highly rated award-winning* team. Candidates ideally should have experience in private equity funds and/or hedge funds work, although this is not essential. Simmons & Simmons has a highly specialised asset management and investment funds team. We advise on the full range of legal and regulatory issues for institutional and specialist asset management firms internationally.
Our market-leading hedge fund practice has been providing authoritative advice to sponsors and managers since the development of this dynamic industry in Europe over a decade ago and is quickly building a reputation in private equity funds**. Our clients include both specialist firms as well as institutional fund management houses. In-depth industry knowledge and expertise in specialist areas equips us to advise on the full range of issues relevant to hedge funds, private equity funds and their managers.Applicants for this position should have trained and qualified with a leading firm and have at least 2 years experience of working on funds, or of working in general corporate practice. Excellent academics are a pre-requisite, as is a highly motivated self-starting and team focused approach.
