Private Family Law Solicitor - Nottingham

The team, headed by a widely-respected partner, now seeks an additional family solicitor (c.2-7 PQE) to handle a caseload of purely privately funded work. The team specialises in high value, complex, financial claims arising on divorce or under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. The team also has an excellent reputation for handling family work on behalf of members of the agricultural community. More specifically, the team handles the following:

* Pre and post-nuptial agreements
* Separation and divorce
* Matrimonial finance
* Pension and property advice
* Cohabitation agreements and disputes
* Inheritance Act claims
* Asset protection and tax mitigation
* Children's Act proceedings and wardship
* Parental responsibility, paternity disputes and surrogacy
* Injunctions
* Negligence claims against family lawyers
* Civil Partnership disputes

The team has close links to specialist counsel, accountants, valuers and pension experts in addition to first class internal resources. The firm's client base is wide and varied, ranging from significant farmers/land owners to successful business men/women and is based across London, the south east, the Midlands and East Anglia.
