Professional Indemnity Lawyer

Our Client's highly Chambers rated Professional negligence team works with national insurance clients, principally defending a variety of different professionals. Their Exeter and Bristol offices form part of a national team of nearly thirty fee-earners, giving our Client an unequalled presence in the South West in this specialism.

They currently have a vacancy for a calibre solicitor to join their Bristol team. The successful candidate will be able to work on a current caseload which will include instructions received from major insurers underwriting solicitors' claims as well as an increasing number of claims against accountants, financial advisers, construction professionals, marine surveyors and IT consultants. The successful candidate will have good experience in professional negligence or defendant personal injury ideally from a city or large regional firm. Newly qualified candidates will have ideally have experienced an insurance or negligence seat, but more importantly be committed to developing a career in this area.
