Professional Support Lawyer

We are seeking an additional Professional Support Lawyer ("PSL") to work in our Corporate and M&A practice streams. The role will involve developing and maintaining know-how (including standard form documents and precedents), developing and providing training to lawyers, assisting fee-earners with general enquiries on corporate and corporate finance matters and ensuring that lawyers are briefed about the latest developments in the law. We encourage our PSLs to be proactive and develop strong relationships with the fee earners. We seek applications from qualified lawyers with a minumum of two years' pqe, which should include experience of handling corporate/M&A transactions. Candidates should have a strong academic background, an agile intellect, commercial acumen and a practical, constructive approach. With regular hours and the possibility of flexible working, this role has an existing and well established infrastructure and is key to the success of both the department and the firm.
