PROJECT FINANCE LAWYER

One of the UK's providers of legal know-how, transactional analysis and market intelligence for business lawyers is looking to hire an Project Finance lawyer. The firm employs a large number of legally qualified employees, many with significant experience as transactional lawyers in major City firms.

You will join of a team of lawyers responsible for creating and maintaining a wide range of online resources covering various corporate topics used by busy lawyers and other professionals. These resources will include analysis of the latest legal and policy developments (e-mail updates), guides to particular corporate topics (practice notes) and precedents (standard documents and drafting notes). There are excellent benefits within the firm.

To be considered, you must have an in depth knowledge of Project Finance law and have gained considerable experience of its application to practical situations. Above all, you need to have an enthusiasm for the practice of corporate law and an intellectually rigorous approach to difficult issues. Additionally, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
