This much talked-about organisation is a provider of professional support in the form of legal know-how and market intelligence for lawyers, working closely with clients ranging from the vast majority of top City law firms to a varied range of in-house legal teams, including a number of FTSE 100 companies.

An experienced project finance lawyer is sought (at least 2 years pqe) to join an intellectually savvy, 9 lawyer team with strength and depth in knowledge of the full ambit of finance issues from acquisition, asset and property finance to debt capital markets and structured finance and a range of associated regulatory issues.
You should have strong and demonstrable knowledge of project finance and have gained considerable experience of its application to practical situations. Your experience can have been gained across a broad spread of industry sectors for clients ranging from sponsors to lending banks and you should enjoy the more academic side of practice, having strong drafting skills as well as the ability to communicate ideas simply and effectively. Your experience in the drafting and maintenance of precedents will be highly regarded but you need not have had previous experience as a professional support/knowledge management lawyer.
