Excellent Project Finance Manager (Permanent)

We are recruiting for a project finance manager to support an £80m construction project Reporting to the Group Finance Director, duties will include;

Project Management - 20% of time
Support to Executive Project Board and Project Leader
Production and presentation of Management Information
Update and maintenance of project valuation and cash flow model
Perform economic analysis of scope changes and incremental investment as required
Establish Project Office structure

Project Control - 50% of time
Identification, analysis and mitigation of key risks
Introduction of and ensure full compliance with financial authorities for the project
Ensure project CSOX compliance
Monitor and report on project costs (variance analysis against budget & forecast)
Ongoing analysis of contractor and customer credit risk exposure
Design and implement fit for purpose procurement and contractor policies

Project Accounting - 30% of time
Preparing routine accurate project accounts and forecasts
Prepare and analyse cash flow forecasts, liaising with Group Treasurer to ensure fund availability
Ensure adequate resourcing and accuracy of routine transaction processing activity for the project
Design and implement accounting system for project accounting
Establish and own project budgetary process
