The successful candidates will ideally have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice. They will be a team player with a strong client focused approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.

Our Projects Group specialises in advising Government, authorities, sponsors, contractors and financial institutions in the carrying out and financing of PPP/PFI and other major projects both in the UK and Internationally.
The Projects Team brings together a unique combination of experienced lawyers with complementary skills in banking, project and asset financing, construction, company, commercial, property and public law. We have been at the forefront of PPP/PFI since its inception and have a thorough understanding of the issues facing local authorities and we have extensive experience of managing the commercial interface between the public and private sectors. We are recognised as being one of the leading legal firms within the Projects Sector both in the UK and internationally.
Many of our lawyers are dual qualified in the UK and another jurisdiction, such as South Africa, Singapore and Australia, as well as several European jurisdictions. Others have a background of working in industry and are able to combine their legal expertise with first hand commercial and technical experience, giving us the edge of being able to fully understand our clients' particular commercial as well as technical concerns.
