The recent acquisition of a key regional commercial premises developer has resulted in the need for an extra lawyer at this fast expanding company. Working in a team on a range of development projects that include offices, industrial estates, warehouses and schools. Additionally, you will work closely with other disciplines on some of the major commercial developments in The South Of England and take responsibility for certain projects. Some Schools PFI work under the British Schools for the Future programme is also undertaken. These contracts are for 10-15 years. This is an excellent opportunity to move in-house into a broad ranging role. Candidates from both private practice and in-house will be considered and you will work alongside lawyers with high calibre backgrounds.
