The firm has one of the largest property departments within the North West and has a client base which comprises blue chip companies, banks, local authorities, pension funds, Residential Social Landlords, individuals and property developers in the retail, office, leisure and industrial sectors.

Working within a supportive and friendly enviornment of this Top 100 Best Company to Work for in the UK, the successful candidate will have the ability to demonstrate the following skills :-

Indepth knowledge of commercial property and related law, in the following areas :-

Providing legal expertise to clients in Property Development work including aquisitions and development of commercial properties.

Ability to demonstrate this knowledge by providing clear, precise and practical advice.

The ability to meet client needs and ability to demonstrate excellent client practice development skills or development for the future.

Adaptable team player.

Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Ability to achieve continuous improvement and development of skills and clientbase.

To have gained this experience, candidates will normally be 2yrs pqe, however, we are happy to hear from any applicant who can demonstrate the level of skills and knowledge we are looking for.
