Prosecutions - Job Description
Our local authority client is looking for a motivated and personable individual to undertake an interesting prosecutions role. Within this Yorkshire based locum position, which is scheduled to last between 3 to 6 months, and offers the possibility of permanent employment, the successful candidate will be expected to deal with prosecution files, a breadth of other more general criminal litigation matters and represent the council in the magistrates court.
The ideal applicant will be someone who is articulate, resourceful and confident. In addition you will need to be able to demonstrate the aptitude to learn quickly, work efficiently and be creative under pressure. In addition, experience gained within a public sector background is a desirable attribute.
