An experienced Prosecutions Solicitor is required for a 3 month period initially at a well regarded London Authority.
You would be involved with matters including Housing Benefit fraud, food standards, licensing and environmental health issues, licencing etc. The casload is busy and varied and would suit a candidate with the ability to juggle casework with ease.
An experienced Criminal/Prosecutions Solicitor qualified in a similar jurisdiction may be considered.
Ideally they are looking for candidate who have Public Sector Prosecutions experience.
This position is to start asap.
