Prosecutions Solicitor - Job Description
A local authority based in the North West is currently looking for a Prosecutions solicitor. You will ideally have experience within criminal prosecutions in fly-tipping, housing benefit fraud, underage sales amongst other areas. You will be responsible for some licensing work including related applications, appeals and prosecutions. Further you will, actively be involved in the preparation of Crown Court Cases.
