Real Estate Litigation Lawyer - Eversheds, Leeds

We need a solicitor to join our Real Estate Litigation team in Leeds. The team acts for a broad range of national household names in retail investment and development and has recently been ranked number 1 for Real Estate Litigation in the North in Chambers Directory for the Legal Profession 2007/8.

Though your primary location will be Leeds, you will be expected to play an active role within the Real Estate Litigation Northern team.

The role involves working on a broad range of property related issues including complex high value property disputes often leading a team of lawyers and also taking responsibility for supervising junior team members. You would also be expected to develop expertise within 1 or more of the firm’s client sectors and actively participate in business development initiatives.

You must have several years of specialist property litigation experience.

An ability to juggle the demands of a heavy workload, good team skills and communication skills are necessary to provide service to internal and external clients. You will also have good organisational skills and a methodical approach to meeting deadlines.
