The Commercial Real Estate team is one of the UK’s largest and most active commercial property departments handling some of the most complex and technically demanding commercial and legal challenges in the industry. The team has established a market-leading reputation for providing expert transactional and general commercial property advice acting for both private and public sector clients as well as remaining at the forefront of traditional asset management legal services. Our Client has 20 fee earners and 4 partners in Sheffield. They urgently need an additional partner. Alternatively someone at Associate level who is looking for a step up the ladder in the short term. Ideal person will have experience of Development work and be able to take the practice to the next level. They already have a good development practice but there is huge potential to grow a more significant practice. Will need first rate commercial/residential development experience. A following is not a pre-requisite. A lot of the work is on behalf of substantial blue chip clients which is partner intensive. Our client is of the opinion that they have so much work and so many new opportunities to exploit that the right candidate could not fail to make a success of this opportunity!
