Real Estate/Development Projects Lawyers 2+ years PQE

We are looking for bright and enthusiastic real estate lawyers 2+ years' PQE to join our Abu Dhabi office. We are looking for applicants with at least 2 years of solid general commercial property experience, gained with a leading property practice, to join our growing real estate practice in the Middle East. We are looking for bright and ambitious candidates who have qualified in the UK or another comparable common law jurisdiction and whose first language is English. The ideal candidate will have real estate finance expertise. Some hands-on experience of developments, sales and purchases/leases and construction-related real estate issues is essential, preferably relating to large mixed commercial, retail and residential developments. Leisure experience would also be extremely useful.

We are seeking applicants who are robust, self-motivated and who possess excellent client skills. Successful applicants should also be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in and commitment to this region. A strong academic background is essential. Arabic language skills would be useful, but are not a pre-requisite.

Our Abu Dhabi office has an excellent local and international client base and works for governments, government departments and agencies, banks and financial institutions, and major domestic and multinational corporations operating in all main sectors of commerce and industry in the Middle East. Within the real estate sector we act for banks, investors, major local developers, tenants and government departments and bodies.
