Receptionist (Client Support Assistant) - Eversheds, London - Job Description
As a Client Support Assistant, you will provide a first class service that exceeds the expectations of both internal and external clients.
You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 07:30 - 19:00 on a rota basis.
Working our of our brand new, state of the art offices in Wood Street, EC2, your responsibilities will include:
Meeting and greeting clients to ensure their needs are exceeded in a timely and professional manner
Operating a computerised hospitality/meeting room booking system
Ensuringe client areas are maintained to the highest standard
Regular liaison with the Catering team to ensure a high level of catering hospitality and with the AV team to ensure all set ups and requirements are met without fail
Monitoring of meeting rooms throughout the day to ensure they are maintained to a high standard
Acting as Floor Marshal during emergency procedures.
Provide a high level of service in line with agreed SLA's and KPIs consistent with facilities regional objectives.
Ideally you will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and possess a working knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft products. Previous reception/front of house experience ideally gained within a legal service environment or similar blue chip organisation would be advantageous.
To be successful, you will have a strong commitment and a passion for meeting client needs. You will have a pleasant and friendly disposition, with an organised and methodical approach but be adaptable to changing work priorities, using initiative. You will be able to communicate at all levels, be a reliable and flexible team player with the ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure. You will have a professional smart business image, a willingness to undertake training and share knowledge with team.
