Top ten US law firm in prestigious City offices requires a Professional Recruiter to manage all aspects of legal recruitment for the London and other International offices. Liaising with the Department Chairs and other Partners the role involves the recruitment of lawyers, pre-screening CVs, liaising with head-hunters, arranging interviews, making offers and dealing with all related paperwork as well as managing the Graduate Recruitment and Summer Programme. Managing a small team you will need excellent communication skills and a minimum of three years legal professional recruitment. Extensive liaison with Partners in London and Head office in the States and involvement in strategic plans for growth of the business through Europe.
