Regulatory Solicitor - Newcastle - £attractive

Regulatory Solicitor - Newcastle: This is a challenging role, where you will deal with a myriad of criminal and civil litigious matters within the Environment and Safety team. With a background within this type of work, you will have the ability to perform the following:

·Representing at formal interviews under caution (PACE interviews)
·Representing at Court hearings including trials and pleas in mitigation in the Magistrates' Court and representing at Licensing Committee hearings
·Attending at inquests
·Coordinating and advising on and crisis management in response to incidents and fronting discussions with regulatory authorities

You can expect plenty of client contact and as such your ability to communicate effectively at varying levels is essential.
