Solicitor to provide professional legal services to Stones clients in Residential Development, Planning and Housing Association matters.
Services will focus around site acquisition, development agreements and planning.
An experienced and enthusiastic Solicitor is sought to undertake work to meet client requirements with regard to site acquisition and disposal within established criteria in a professional and timely manner to ensure that agreed deadlines are met.
To establish, encourage and maintain professional working standards within the Social Housing team. To work closely with clients to provide development agreements, options and infrastructure agreements that are of the highest standard and meet agreed needs and Stones standards and provide effective, sound and professional advice on planning issues.
